The Gi6BS-03 from the BS series has an internal propellant cartridge and a push-button activation. The fire extinguisher is only pressurized in the event of an emergency by pulling the safety pin and pressing the push button. This ensures high operational reliability, protects the material, and guarantees a long service life. The generous dimensions of all operating components, such as the carrying handle, safety pin, push button, and discharge nozzle of the Gi6BS-03, allow for easy and comfortable handling. All models in the BS series feature an ergonomically shaped carrying handle with finger grooves for superior comfort. The rotating discharge nozzle allows for optimal control of the extinguishing agent stream and one-handed operation.

Aqueous solution

The special compound, which is also suitable for fire classes A (flammable solids), forms a thick barrier layer on grease fires and thus prevents further oxygen supply, the flame is suffocated. At the same time, the extinguishing agent ensures that the fat cools down quickly and thus provides effective protection against re-ignition. The special extinguishing agent is frost-resistant down to -30 °C, which means that the DÖKA Fi6BS ECO can also be used outdoors, e.g. in food trucks.
